The house lights came up, but the room stayed glued to its seats. Wave 7 walked offstage waving, and somehow the cameras kept right on rolling.
Fans, of course, refused to budge. They were scrubbing through the finale like detectives chasing Easter eggs — pausing, rewinding, screenshotting with the focus of a hawk.
That's the thing about a show like this: it doesn't really end. It just changes costumes, slips into a meme, and waves back.
